This new house was built near a slide area, and required 30 foot deep pilings to support the foundation. The contemporary design called for minimal trim, and used Sil-Leed panels, an imported cement board siding product, in combination with HardiBoard siding and pine soffits. Inside, all the floors are either hardwood or tile and trim is minimized. The finished steel stair railing is capped with hardwood to match the floor. The master bathroom has a combination tub and shower room.
